BioHystScienza per Amore

Finally Unimpounded – 6.3.2014

On the 17th of February 2014, the Ordinal Court of Rome, Review Section (Tribunale Ordinario di Roma Sezione per il Riesame), invalidated the preventative impoundments of the websites which support the Humanitarian project Bits of Future: Food for All.

The project’s website (www.bitsoffuture.org) had been affected by the preventative measures along with that of the Project Founder, the Association Scienza per Amore (www.scienzaperamore.it).

Moreover even cultural websites about art (www.versoltre.it, www.arteclettica.it), scientific research  (www.multibase.it, www.progettocoscienza.it), restoration and collecting (www.amime.it, www.stampsoverseas.com), were impounded along with 18 other websites: www.artantica.it, www.biohyst.biz, www.biohyst.ch, www.biohyst.com, www.bitsoffuture.com, www.bitsoffuture.it, www.ilsettimosaggio.it, www.meccanicadepoca.it, www.paroleinutili.com, www.paroleinutili.it, www.theseventhsage.com, www.uselesswords.org, www.multibase.org, www.natureandfood.com, www.foodoverseas.com, www.nemomultimedia.it, www.nemomultiservice.it.

What had determined such a restrictive measure towards freedom of expression, so that even the Tribunale del Riesame (Court of Appeals) deemed the motivation behind such measure to be “lacking substantial reasons”?

Who hinders Scienza per Amore’s work? Why such a persecutory atmosphere?
